1. Properties

Orth-phthalic acid type polyester gelcoat. It gives good application properties, high hardness, water proof, impact resistant, weather reliability, rub resistant. It is recommended for example for the manufacture of most common products. It is suitable for spraying or hand lay up.

Application

  • Cure-system: Cobalt type accelerator, MEKP
  • Application:
    1. Temperature of workshop, raw materials and mould should be above 15°C and relative humidity below 70%;
    2. Spraying or hand lay up.
  • Note:
    1. There are transparency, white and other varied color, referred to RAL color card.
    2. Colour gelcoat is promoted.

3. Package, Storage & Transportation

  • PACKAGE: 20kg or 50kg pails
  • STORAGE: maximum of 3 months under 25°C in shade

For the first trial order, we require 100% payment upfront. For subsequent orders, we ask for 30% payment in advance and 70% payment after the buyer receives the B/L copy. We also accept L/C if needed.
