1. Properties

Mould type polyester gelcoat. It gives good high hardness, good toughness, corrosion resistance, and weatherproofing. It is recommended for the manufacture of FRP moulds. It is suitable for hand lay-up or spraying.

Application

  • Cure-system: Cobalt type accelerator, MEKP
  • Application:
    1. Temperature of workshop, raw materials, and mould should be above 15°C and relative humidity below 70%;
    2. Spraying or hand lay-up.
  • Note:
    1. There are transparency, white, and other varied colors, referred to RAL color card.
    2. Colour gelcoat is promoted.

3. Package, Storage & Transportation

  • PACKAGE: 20kg pails
  • STORAGE: Maximum of 3 months under 25°C in shade

For the first trial order, we require 100% payment upfront. For subsequent orders, we ask for 30% payment in advance and 70% payment after the buyer receives the B/L copy. We also accept L/C if needed.
