(3) Product Use Instructions

  • Processing Conditions:
    • Pre-dry the material at 80°C for approximately 2-3 hours before injection molding.
    • Recommended injection molding temperature: 180-220°C.
    • Maintain mold temperature stable at 30-60°C.
    • Do not let the molten resin stay in the heated barrel for extended periods during the injection cycle.

For the first trial order, we require 100% payment upfront. For subsequent orders, we ask for 30% payment in advance and 70% payment after the buyer receives the B/L copy. We also accept L/C if needed.
