1. Properties
S301/S201 is a special sanding gelcoat (S301 is Iso-NPG type polyester gelcoat; S201 is Iso type polyester gelcoat). It gives good mechanical properties and application properties. Its surface is easy to sand. It sticks well with surface paint. It is recommended for the manufacture of FRP products whose surface should be coated with paint to get a polished effect. It is suitable for hand lay-up or spraying.

- There are transparency, white, and other varied colors, referred to RAL color card.
- Colour gelcoat is promoted.
3. Application (Reference)
- Condition: Temperature of workshop, raw materials, and mould should be above 15°C; relative humidity below 70%.
- Make sure the mixing proportion according to the condition (gelcoat/initiator=100/1-4), hand lay-up or spraying.
- Post curing is needed after molding.
- Sanding can be made after taking off the mould. First, using 600# sandpaper to get the even surface. 800#-2000# sandpaper are used, in order to improve the surface. It should be cleaned by water to get rid of remaining sands.
- Clean after sanding, wipe and dry.
4. Package, Storage & Transportation

- STORAGE: maximum of 3 months under 25°C in shade
We provide small samples free of charge, but you will need to cover the shipping costs.
We have our own technical department. After you test the sample, please provide us with your detailed requirements. We can adjust the resin accordingly to enhance the properties of your finished products.
Honestly, it depends on the quantity. We will do our best to create a production plan based on your estimated time of arrival (ETA).
For the first trial order, we require 100% payment upfront. For subsequent orders, we ask for 30% payment in advance and 70% payment after the buyer receives the B/L copy. We also accept L/C if needed.
